Safety & Best Practices

Epilepsy & Seizures: Anyone with a personal or family history of photosensitive epilepsy or seizures should not use light-flashing visual entrainment. Audio-only entrainment (binaural beats) at safe volumes is generally preferred in those cases.

Medical Conditions: If you have an implanted cardiac pacemaker, are pregnant, or take psychiatric medications, consult your doctor before using light or electrical stimulation devices.

Comfortable Volume: Keep audio at a moderate, comfortable volume; louder sound does not increase entrainment effectiveness and can cause auditory fatigue.
